Supplier Portal explained

To be eligible to bid on WSSC Water solicitations, prospective vendors must register with our Supplier Portal System. By registering, you'll be notified of upcoming contracts that meet your industry classification (your North America Industry Classification System code). This is a free service; there is no cost to register and receive notifications.

Register with the Supplier Portal

Overview of the registration process

Enter your Primary Business Information:

  • Company Name
  • Tax Country
  • Taxpayer ID
  • DUNS Number

Enter your Primary Contact Information:

  • Email
  • Name
  • Phone Number

Select Products and Services (NAICS Codes)

Enter your Minority Business Enterprise, Women Business Enterprise and/or WSSC Water Small Local Business Enterprise Information, if applicable

Select Supplier Profile Attributes:

  • Business Type
  • Organization Type
  • 1099 Reportable (Y/N)
  • Women Owned
  • Small Business

Attach these supporting documents:

  • W9
  • Certificate of Insurance
  • MBE/SLBE Certificates, if applicable

SUBMIT the application

  • You will receive a Registration Approval with a log-in link and temporary password
  • Complete registration by logging in and creating a permanent password

Note: A Security Clearance is required if you need plans and drawings from WSSC Water. Please visit the Engineering Records and Information page to start the process.
